Privacy
Your files are temporary and private.
MP4Transcript uses private object storage. Files are processed only to create the transcript you request and are automatically deleted after 72 hours.
What we process
We process the file, its basic technical metadata, your account details, task status, and billing records needed to operate the service.
Retention
Original files, transcript data, and exports are retained for up to 72 hours after completion or failure. Minimal billing and audit records may remain without the transcript body.
Your control
You can delete a transcription before expiry. Signed upload and download links are short-lived, and source files are not publicly listed or served permanently.
